According to current state of the pandemic and vaccination progress in the U.S. and world, the ITSC 2021 Organizing Committee has decided to hold our conference in a hybrid format with in-person and virtual participation. We welcome all of you to submit technical papers and participate in the conference either in-person or virtually.
