Visa Invitation Letter

For Authors

If you are a paper author, you can find the template in your author workspace on the PaperCept system.

For Non-Authors

The formal invitation letter is available and can be provided upon request. Please contact  registration@2021.ieee-itsc.org to send your request, with the below details: 

  • Full Name (as in passport)
  • Company / Affiliation
  • Address Line 1 (street and house number)
  • Address Line 2 (postal code and city)
  • Address Line 3 (country)
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number
  • Passport issue date
  • Passport expiry date
